Summary: Pathway Health Science is designed to be private by default. We collect only what is needed to run the service, process your DNA upload, and generate educational reports. Raw DNA files are stored securely and used only to provide your reports and related features. Reports and derived data may be deleted automatically based on your retention preference (or if you delete them). If a report is deleted, it may no longer be available in your account and you may need to upload again to regenerate it. Upload restrictions may still apply depending on your account rules at the time you upload.

What we do

Pathway Health Science allows you to upload a consumer DNA file to generate non-medical, educational insights about biological pathways and wellness-related patterns. We do not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, or replace professional care.

Information we collect

Account information

• Email address and hashed password
• Optional profile information
• Account settings and retention preferences

DNA uploads

• Your uploaded DNA file, stored securely and used only to provide reports and related features
• Derived analysis data generated during processing

Technical data

• IP address and basic request metadata
• Authentication and security logs

• Operate and secure your account
• Process DNA uploads and generate reports
• Display insights and action plans in your account
• Maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues

Retention & deletion

Raw DNA files are stored securely and used only to provide your reports and related features. They may be retained to support your account features and can be deleted automatically based on the service’s retention settings or deleted upon request, subject to legal and operational requirements.

We do not use raw DNA files for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes, and access is restricted to systems required to operate the service.

Reports and derived data are retained according to your selected preference (for example: 30 days, 1 year, or until you delete them). If a report is deleted, it may no longer be available in your account and you may need to upload again to regenerate it. Upload restrictions may still apply depending on your account rules at the time you upload.

You can delete reports manually or request full account deletion at any time by contacting privacy@pathwayhealthscience.com .

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only when necessary to operate the service or to comply with legal obligations.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege systems. While no system is perfectly secure, we work to minimize risk and retained data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Requests can be made by emailing privacy@pathwayhealthscience.com .
